General Terms and Conditions (edition of 01.07.2004)

The following conditions apply to all struck business connections between “CF Media Projects” (below CF-Media) and the customer in the legal version when the contract is concluded.

Prices, delivery charges

All prices are listed including VAT plus delivery charges

Cancellation policy

The cancellation right below is excluded for contracts about ordering download files and contracts about the delivery of sealed goods (audio- and video-recording or software) if the package was unsealed by you. You have the right to cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks by returning the goods. To keep the term the timely dispatch of the goods meets requirements. In case of a cancellation CF- Media pays back a p.r.n. already paid purchase price. At a essential worsening or loss of the goods, CF-Media has the right to subtract the impairment from the repayment sum. The cost of returning the goods up to an merchandise value of 40,-EUR has to be paid by you as the consumer unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. In case of a valid cancellation you have to give back the received goods. If you can give back the goods only in a worsened state you p.r.n have to abet compensation. That does not apply for worsening of goods was caused by a checking as it would be possible in a store. You can avoid compensation if you do not use the goods like an owner and leave aside everything that could affect a loss of value.

Important notice for returns

Please frank your return properly and indicate your complete address and bank account for potential reimbursements. We refuse delivery for not prepaid mailings.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card. For cash in advance orders you´ll find a link on the homepage of the onlineshop.

Delivery, delivery reserve

The dispatch of downloads takes place immediately after payment by creditcard. The DVD dispatch per postal mail takes palce within five workdays. The shipment takes place under reserve of availability whereby potential payments naturally will be refunded. Each purchase agreement comes off only with the supply of the ordered goods. We reserve to deliver all articles only in common households amounts. 

Reservation of ownership

The delivered goods stay in proprietary of CM-Media until all demands are cleared.

Please note data ascertainment

CF-Media processes customer data for accomplishments of requests or orders as well as for customer relations. Every customer has the right to contradict the delivery of product information per mail or email at any time. Until the receipt of the contradiction the customer agrees to receive product information per mail or email. 

Final clauses

Sole legal venue for disputes under the contract of the delivery of goods ordered online shall be the city of Braunschweig as long as the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or public-law special funds. For all demands of whatever form under this contract the law of the federal republic of Germany shall apply.
