Why can I see no Films in the Category "XXX Films"?
Films in the category "XXX films" are, in Germany, subject to the law for the protection of children and youth, and as such are only available to customers who are of legal age.
Due to their erotic content we can activate films in the category "XXX films" only after receiving proof of age in the form of, for example, a copy of your ID card. Please understand that we can only activate "XXX films" once we have received a copy of your ID card. (Create a new account before we can activate you) Customers who have already sent us a copy of their ID card are exempt from this regulation.

How do I order a Film?
1. Choose shipping method
When you have chosen a film that you would like to order, you must then choose a method of shipment. If you would like to receive the film as a DVD in the post, select the option "DVD Shipping". Otherwise select "Download" to download the film speedily and directly onto your PC.
2. Add Articles to the Shopping Basket
Once you have chosen the method of shipment, click the button "Add to cart". The film will then be put into the shopping basket, which is shown top right. You can then add further films to the basket or proceed directly to check-out.
3. Check-out
To get to the check-out click on either "Checkout" to proceed directly with your order, or "My Basket" if you want to check the order once again before proceding.
4. Order Process
Customers with a customer account should log in with their login data. If you do not yet have an account you can now register.
In the first step we ask for your delivery address. In the next step you add methods of payment. If prepaid by bank transfer or cheque, the film will be activated as soon as the money arrives on our bank account. If paying by credit card, the film will either be activated directly or, if ordered to be sent by post, dispatched within 24 hours. At the end of the process you will see an overview of your order from which you can then submit it.
5. Download Film
Once the download has been activated, proceed to "My Account". All orders are listed there under "My Orders". Select the order and click on "show". Unter the oder's overview you will find the link to download. You may download the film five times within seven days.
I have downloaded my film but it does not play. Why? What do I need to do?
Some PCs cannot play certain video formats. To play our films we recommend the free Videolan VLC Media Player. You will find the player here www.videolan.org
This player plays almost all audio and video formats and is available for every operating system.
My download is not activated or cannot be downloaded
There can be various reasons for this. Either your payment is not yet in our bank account, or you have exceeded the maximum number of downloads (five attempts), or the activation of the download is older than seven days.
